We offer all the services of your traditional primary care provider but in the comfort of your home or at your job, if approved by your supervisors.

This method of patient care allows for relaxed appointments, giving the patients adequate time to have their questions asked and feel comfortable about the direction of their health journey.

Our schedule is designed to make sure each patient feels like a person, not a just another patient in the provider’s busy schedule. We value our patients and want them to experience that first hand.

Direct Primary Care works by paying a monthly membership fee, which depends on multiple factors. By paying the membership fee, each patient will have 24/7 access to the provider, even on holidays, because your medical needs shouldn’t have to wait for office hours.

Age 70 and under - $100/month

Age 70 and over - $110/month

Family - $250/month (Two Parents and One Child)

Each additional child is $25

All additional fees are known upfront and will be listed below. If the provider feels a service/treatment NOT listed below is needed, they will discuss it with the patient before proceeding, making sure the patient knows all available options.

Covid/Flu Tests - $10

Strep Test - $5

Simple Laceration Repair (2 inches or less) - $20

Complex Laceration Repair (2 inches or greater) - $25

Foreign Body Removal - $10

Skin Tag Removal - $10 per spot
